Shamisen Player features a simple virtual sao (the neck of a shamisen) covering a useful first octave of the actual instrument's range on each of the strings.Of course authentic sounds are used that were recorded from a real shamisen.
All of the playable notes are obviously numbered (including 3#) corresponding to standard finger positions and shamisen tabulature notation.
Also and so far only the most common shamisen tuning called niagari is used in this app.
Under the virtual sao there are a couple of star shaped buttons which feature a couple of additional cool sounds and other bonus contents.
Of course I hope you will be enjoying some virtual shamisen fun with this application.
